The tennis section usually enters teams each year in the Sydney Badge competition.

 

The Saturday matches are played either at home at Cheltenham or away at various courts around Sydney. Play can start at 11:30 am with lunch to follow or from 2:20 to 5pm with afternoon refreshments afterwards.

 

Competition players need to be members of the Cheltenham Recreation Club Tennis Section.

 

Players can nominate for Badge individually or as a team with the minimum being five players per team and the maximum being ten players. 

 

All fee must be paid prior to the person and teams nominating.

 

The club always enters the Autumn Badge competition normally played from late March/early April until August. It may also enter the Spring Badge held later each year.
